**Inspect Upon Receipt: Give your package a once-over before tearing into it. If it looks tampered with or damaged, snap a picture BEFORE opening.
**Picture-Perfect Proof: If items are missing, please don't toss away your packaging. Take clear pictures showcasing any damage or signs of tampering BEFORE opening the package.
**$100 Insurance Coverage: Each package comes with $100 insurance. In the unfortunate event of theft, we'll need your cooperation to file a claim.Â
Receiving a Replacement or Store Credit for Broken Items:Â
If the damaged item is in stock, we will promptly send a replacement. However, if the item is no longer available, we will provide the customer with a store credit equal to the cost of the item.
**No shipping fees will be applied to replacement items that are shipped out.
***Insurance does NOT cover packages once they are marked "Delivered" by the mail carrier.
**We are not responsible for packages that may be stolen after they have been marked "Delivered." Please be sure to secure your packages upon delivery to your home or mailbox.
